PROJECT EDEN II: Scandinavian Minimalism & Custom Interior Design in Marbella

A refined space designed with light, clarity, and intentional living. Located in Marbella, Project Eden is an expression of Scandinavian inspired interior design with a fully custom-made, minimalist approach. Created by Jessi Koldashi Studio, this project reflects a commitment to bespoke interiors, optimized space planning, and contemporary design solutions for small apartments.

Every square meter of this home was intelligently optimized to create a feeling of openness, serenity, and timeless sophistication. The layout was carefully studied to enhance natural light and spatial flow, transforming a compact apartment into an airy, functional, and visually expansive space.

From the very entrance, the design speaks of purity. Custom-built, full-height closets are hidden behind push-pull doors, blending seamlessly into the architecture. The result is a clean, uninterrupted visual field that reinforces the feeling of calm and decluttered living. Materials were selected to enhance both function and feeling: Light oak wall paneling warms the atmosphere and adds vertical harmony, ivory floor tiles and light walnut accents create soft contrast and natural elegance, travertine marble is used in bespoke elements to add texture and sculptural depth, custom-designed lighting solutions and architectural mirrors reflect light and amplify space, bespoke tapestry and upholstery complete the rooms with tactile serenity

The bathrooms continue this narrative, defined by floating vanities, travertine finishes, and soft indirect lighting. Every surface was tailored to fit the space with precision, resulting in a clean, contemporary, spa-like experience rooted in quiet luxury. All cabinetry and furniture were custom-designed by Jessi Koldashi Studio to respond to the client’s lifestyle and the space’s architectural potential.

Nothing was standard, every element was handcrafted to achieve balance, beauty, and optimization. This project is a reflection of high-end interior design in Marbella, blending Scandinavian minimalism, bespoke craftsmanship, and soulful clarity. Eden is not just a space, it’s a feeling of lightness, elegance, and grounded refinement.

INVISIBLE STORAGE, VISIBLE CLAM: Bespoke Bedroom Elegance

To visually balance the cabinetry and maintain a feeling of openness, we introduced transparent bronze glass doors. These soft, reflective surfaces bring depth and lightness to the room, gently revealing the textures within without disrupting the visual calm. The result is a custom bedroom design that feels tailored, quiet, and intelligent, where architecture and furnishing become one.

From the curved edges of the upper cabinets to the rhythm of the concealed panels, this bedroom is a testament to how bespoke furniture design can redefine the possibilities of compact living, turning limitation into beauty.

OPENING THE TERRACE: From Terrace to Tranquility

One of the most delicate challenges of Project Eden was the transformation of the existing terrace a small, fragmented outdoor area into a seamless extension of the interior. We approached it as an architectural gesture of expansion, light, and flow.

The terrace was fully enclosed with transparent glass doors, allowing natural light to pour in while creating a visual continuity with the rest of the apartment. This move was not just functional, it was poetic. By integrating the terrace, we expanded the square meters of the home and gave birth to a multifunctional guest bedroom that offers far more than meets the eye.

Designed as a spa-inspired retreat, this intimate room blends light oak paneling, travertine-toned surfaces, and gentle lighting to evoke a sense of stillness and warmth. At its center is a bespoke sofa that effortlessly transforms into a bed an elegant nod to versatility within small space interior design. Every material, from the soft upholstery to the natural textures, was chosen to create an atmosphere of retreat a place to rest, breathe, and unwind.

The result is a room that feels like a private spa within the home, where Marbella sunlight, earthy materials, and tailored design come together in quiet harmony. What once was an unused outdoor corner is now a sanctuary both functional and deeply soulful.
